As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the complete B2B sales cycle — from identifying the right account to closing the business and building a long-term client relationship.

The Role
This is not a lead-generation-only role.
You will own the journey from:
Prospecting → Connecting → Discovery → Requirement Understanding → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure → Handover




You should be comfortable speaking with HR Heads, L&D; Leaders, CHROs, Business Heads and CXOs, understanding business and capability requirements, and converting those conversations into revenue.
We are looking for someone who is hungry to build, confident to sell, disciplined in execution and determined to close.

Key Responsibilities
Build Your Own Pipeline
• Identify and research target organisations and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a solid B2B prospect pipeline.
• Use cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking and other channels to generate opportunities.
• Develop relationships with HR, L&D;, CHRO, Business and Functional leaders.
Own the Sales Conversation
• Conduct discovery conversations with prospects.
• Understand business challenges, capability gaps and learning requirements.
• Position the right Skillemme solution based on the client's need.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations indep
