• Ensure reception of tooling on due time
• Monitor conformance and valuable condition of the tools
• Ensure conformity to standard and procedure
• Ensure availability of tools for supporting operations (condition, calibration, scheduling…)
• Proposing process changes to improve efficiency
Have team spirit:
• solid relationship with the methods and industrialization, Quality, Operations and HSE teams.
• Leadership to lead the activity and the team
Know-how:
• Ability to lead in a technical and/or complex organization.
• Management & reporting skills.
• Ability to adapt to the recent digital environments.
• Advance knowledge of IT tools for the rooters management
