Primary Responsibilities
Learning Management
• Execute learning administration requests submitted through ServiceNow in accordance with established standards, processes, and service level expectations.
• Process training-related transactions, maintain learning records, and ensure data accuracy across learning systems.
• Monitor, prioritize, and resolve assigned tickets, escalating issues as needed.
• Support the successful delivery of workforce development programs through timely and accurate administrative support.
