About the Role
We are looking for a Vision & Autonomous Systems Associate to build and deploy Computer Vision, AI/ML and autonomous systems for real-world farm and machine applications.
This is a hands-on role where models must work beyond the lab — on live machines, with real plants, changing settings and imperfect field conditions.

What You’ll Do
Build Computer Vision and AI/ML systems for plant inspection, quality detection, sorting and machine automation.
Train, test, optimise and deploy ML and Deep Learning models.
Work on object detection, classification,



segmentation and image-processing problems.
Integrate cameras, sensors, AI models and software with physical machines.
Contribute to autonomous systems including AMRs, drones and robotic machines.
Work closely with Product, R&D;, Embedded and Farm Operations teams.
Test systems in real farm conditions and continuously improve them using field data.
Optimise models for reliability, latency and edge deployment where required.

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision, AI/ML, Robotics or Autonomous Systems.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, AI/ML, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
Robust programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with OpenCV and ML / Deep Learning frameworks.
Experience with object detection, classification, segmentation or image processing.
Basic understanding of cameras, sensors and hardware-software integrati
