• Handle and monitor Mantis Portal queries and provide business support.
• Coordinate with Business Users, IT & Operations teams for query resolution.
• Analyse issues related to Business Processes, Operations, IT/System & Development.
• Track queries until final resolution and closure.
• Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing User Stories, and supporting system enhancements.
• Coordinate with Accounts & Vendors for operational requirements, payments and recharges.
