On-Job Monitoring (OJM) – Quality Assurance Engineer
• Perform On-Job Monitoring (OJM) of maintenance activities on the shop floor.
• Verify compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and approved maintenance data.
Monitor maintenance processes include disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and release activities.
• Conduct compliance checks across Operations, Warehouse/Stores, Engineering, and Support functions.
• Verify proper use of approved tools, calibrated equipment, and certified aircraft parts.
• Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote strong Quality Culture and operational discipline within the organisation.




• Should be able to adopt the process as followed in the SAE network
Candidate Skills & Requirements : 2–5 years of experience in aviation workplace such as:
• Aircraft Engine MRO
• Airframe MRO • Component Repair Workshops
Aviation Manufacturing / Assembly
•Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical.
• Basic understanding of EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 requirements.
• Robust attention to detail and interest in shop floor quality monitoring. • Positive communication skills and ability to work closely with the operations teams
