About the role
As our Patient Counselor, you'll be the person patients and families rely on to understand their care. You'll explain treatment options, surgery details, costs and follow-ups clearly, and you'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team so every patient leaves knowing what happens next.

What you'll do
Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment and surgery options
Explain costs, packages and payment or insurance options clearly and honestly
Coordinate with doctors, OT and front desk on surgery scheduling and follow-ups




Answer patient queries and handle concerns with patience and care
Keep accurate counselling and follow-up records

What we're looking for
2+ years in patient counselling, healthcare, hospitality, admissions or another customer-facing role
Fluent spoken and written Hindi and English
Transparent, calm communicator who can explain medical and cost information simply
Empathy, professionalism and comfort speaking with patients from all backgrounds
