ABOUT US
Hamd Holdings is a Dubai-based group of growing companies. Our brands include Special Minds (SEN staffing, placement and clinical support) and Hamd Beauty (home-service salon), with more to come.

THE ROLE
You will create the visual content for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design social media content (posts, stories, carousels, reels covers) for all group brands
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations and ads
• Design website and landing page visuals
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for each brand
• Keep every brand visually consistent across all channels
• Edit short-form videos and easy motion graphics
• Turn briefs into finished designs within agreed deadlines




• Support the launch of new brands under the group

REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience
• Robust portfolio showing branding and social media work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple brands
• Positive written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE
• Experience designing for service-based businesses
• Arabic typography and layout skills
• Experience with AI design tools
