Role Description This full time on-site role in Gwalior combines responsibilities of Telecaller, Counselor, HR Recruiter, and Business Development Executive (BDE).



The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to potential candidates and clients, explaining job prospects and services, and maintaining detailed call records. The team member will counsel candidates about career paths, training programs, and placement options, and support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups. Daily work includes building and managing talent pipelines, nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to corporate outreach initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet hiring targets, support training programs, and achieve business development goals.
