Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities to support employees and leadership. This full time, on-site role is based in Chennai and includes overseeing HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role involves handling employee relations, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting performance management initiatives.



The Human Resources Executive will also help implement HR policies, organize training and development programs, and address employee queries promptly and professionally.
