About the Role

We are looking for a HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations and gain practical exposure across recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules and follow-ups.
Assist with joining formalities, onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Collect and maintain employee documents and update employee records.
Maintain HR trackers related to recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records.
Support the HR team in preparing and maintaining HR letters and documents.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.




Coordinate with employees for pending HR documents and information.
Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential employee data.
Support the HR team with payroll inputs and monthly HR-related reports.
Handle other HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in BBA/BMS/BBI/BA/B.Com or pursuing/ recently completed an HR-related qualification.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
