About the Role

Paramaardha is looking for a proactive and target-driven qualified to support Business Development, Expert & Institution Onboarding, Customer Coordination and Platform Operations.

The role involves working closely with Spiritual Experts, Institutions and Seekers while supporting business growth and smooth execution of bookings and services.
Key Responsibilities
Research and generate leads for Spiritual Experts, Institutions and potential partners.
Make outbound calls and follow up through WhatsApp, email and approved communication channels.
Qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations.
Support Expert and Institution onboarding, profile completion, verification and platform activation.
Guide Experts and Institutions in using relevant Paramaardha platform features.
Coordinate between Experts/Institutions and Seekers for enquiries, bookings,



schedules and service-related follow-ups.
Support Seekers throughout the booking process and ensure timely communication until closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, onboarding progress and follow-up details.
Assist with events, programs, tours, donation campaigns and other approved initiatives.
Handle routine customer enquiries and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assigned activities are completed on time.
Targets / KPIs

Qualified leads generated
Calls and follow-ups completed
Demo appointments scheduled
Expert & Institution registrations
Successful onboarding and activations
Lead-to-demo and registration conversion
Booking/service coordination and closure
Customer response and follow-up quality
CRM accuracy
