Location: Ahmedabad | In office
Experience: 2–3 Years
Working Days: Monday–Friday | 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment and HR operations.

70% Recruitment | 30% HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment –
Handle end-to-end Technical & Non-Technical recruitment .
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, iSmart, referrals, and headhunting.
Resume screening, HR discussions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer management.




Manage multiple and urgent hiring requirements.

HR Operations –
Handle employee queries and grievances .
Manage onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events .
Coordinate with management and internal teams on HR-related matters.

What We’re Looking For,
2–3 years of relevant HR experience with robust recruitment exposure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Confident, bold, and proactive personality .
Solid employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
