Key Responsibilities
• Acquire current customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking products.
• Cross-sell products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, and fixed deposits.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets set by the bank.
• Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening and customer servicing.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt banking solutions.
