About the Role
Edumilestones is looking for an experienced B2B Sales skilled who can drive revenue by engaging with professionals, institutions, businesses, entrepreneurs, counsellors and other relevant prospects for our Career Counselling (CC), Psychometric Assessment and Study Abroad solutions.
This is a consultative, target-driven sales role for someone who is confident in understanding customer requirements, presenting the right solution, negotiating and taking conversations through to closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end B2B consultative sales, from prospect interaction to closure.
• Understand customer/business requirements and recommend suitable Edumilestones solutions.
• Sell Career Counselling, Psychometric Assessment, Study Abroad and related qualified programs/solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, consultations and commercial discussions with prospects.




• Build relationships with counsellors, education professionals, institutions, businesses and potential partners.
• Handle objections, negotiate commercials and close deals effectively.
• Maintain a solid sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely closures.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and recurring business.
• Maintain accurate sales updates and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale coordination.

What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of B2B / consultative / solution sales experience.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience selling high-value products, services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, EdTech, training, consulting or other B2B solutions will be considered.
