Role Overview:

The Bank Officer – CASA is responsible for acquiring recent customers and promoting Current Account and Savings Account products. The role involves relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current CASA customers through field activities, references, and lead generation.
Promote and sell Savings Account and Current Account products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term business.
Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, FD, Loans, and Digital Banking products.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and productivity metrics.




Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation/KYC compliance.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate with branch teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and customer handling experience preferred.
