KPI Management: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increasing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

• Operational Maintenance (SMS & Machine Shop)

SMS Maintenance: Manage maintenance of EAF, LRF, VD/VOD, FES and Hydraulic systems.

Machine Shop Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of CNC machines, VTL, Milling Machine, Boring Machines, Drilling Machines etc.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct RCA on repetitive failures using methodologies like 5-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA to prevent recurrence.
