Job Title: Business Officer – CASA
Company: AU Small Finance Bank
Job Responsibilities
Acquire recent CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and market visits.
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, FD, RD, and loans.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure service quality.
Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in CASA sales, BFSI sales, or field sales preferred.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Target-oriented and willing to do field work.
