LEAD THE DESIGN OF A WORLD WHERE EVERY ARTIST THRIVES

Dream Stage is not just building a product. We’re designing a new creative economy — one where artists are respected, paid fairly, and empowered to grow.

We’re looking for a design-first product leader who can take an idea from zero to one, then lead it to a hundred with clarity, empathy, and imagination.

You’ll lead the experience layer of everything we build, making sure creators, curators, and partners all feel at home on our platform.

This is not a product management role in the traditional sense. It’s a leadership chance for someone who lives at the intersection of systems, empathy, and storytelling.

WHO ARE WE?

We are Dream Stage, India’s first truly happy company focused on creative freedom, emotional growth, and community-based living. As of now, we are an early-stage startup with 3 members.

We believe when people feel secure, seen, and celebrated, they thrive. We’re building a space where careers feel like art, growth feels like joy, and work feels like home.

This is not just another job. This is a chance to help shape a cultural movement that makes people feel alive, connected,

and deeply purposeful.

Data Analytics skills are must as understanding the market is essential for developing a product with the right product–market fit

Proven ability to lead a product from MVP to active users
A calm, structured thinker who can simplify complexity into elegance
Deep intuition for what makes a excellent product experience
