Position: Middleware Systems Engineer (CE40SF RM 4492)

Required

• 4+ years of skilled experience in software development for embedded systems specifically middleware for large embedded systems.
• Expert in C/C++ for systems-level development targeted for Automotive security applications.
• Basic Knowledge of cryptography
• Valuable knowledge of Build systems including CMAKE
• Valuable understanding of Microcontrollers. Having worked extensively on software for microcontroller-based systems
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux systems
• Ability to independently understand architecture/design documents, RFCs, and shipping production-quality platform software.
• Debugging mastery. and expertise in software debugging and usage of equipment like logic analysers,



protocol analysers and oscilloscopes
• Ability to quickly understand and integrate with third party stacks like MbedTLS
• Ability to independently read and understand hardware schematics.
• Experience in Software development for RTOS based systems
• Decent understanding of Misra C and Autosar Standards
• Experience with communication Protocols like I2C & SPI

Nice to Have

• Skilled in usage of AI tools to increase self-efficiency
• Experience with Automotive MCUs,
• Automotive or industrial quality standards (e.g. ASPICE, ISO 26262).
