What You'll Do
• Drive franchise and channel partner acquisition across India.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential business partners.
• Present the business model and partnership chance.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure.
• Build and nurture long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner activation.
• Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.





Who We're Looking For
• 2–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, HNI Sales, IT Sales, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
• Target-driven with a passion for business development.
• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
