Role & Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Salesforce Orgs including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Design and deploy automation workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes to streamline business operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
Manage data integrity through import/export, validation rules, duplicate management, and data cleanup initiatives.
Support Salesforce CPQ,



Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud modules based on project needs.
Document configurations, provide user training, and troubleshoot ticketed issues within SLA timelines.
