Hiring: Network Engineer L2

Role: Network Engineer L2

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer L2 to manage, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot L2/L3 network issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
Handle network incidents, service requests, and change requests.
Perform network monitoring, performance analysis, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing-related issues.
Work with NOC, infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
Perform network configuration,



upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Maintain network documentation and incident reports.
Participate in planned maintenance and support activities.

Required Skills:
4–6 years of experience in Network Engineering / Network Operations.
Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
Positive understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
Experience in network troubleshooting and incident management.
Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
Understanding of firewalls and network security concepts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
