Experience - 6+ Years

Evaluation criteria (Must have skills):
JAVA, Springboot, microservices, React.js, JAVA 8+(coding experience required), End to End app development experience including database & cloud, Data Structure, System architecture , need solid Back End experience(Front End -Basic experience can be consider)

Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable web applications using React for frontend and Java for backend.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define application requirements and establish project timelines.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices.




Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application and development processes.

Skills and Tools Required:
Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.
Strong experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
