"Client & Project: We are seeking a current talent to join the Advisory & Strategy AV team where you will have the chance to collaborate in the project TEBS Holding Project. The client is AVANADE, a company specializing in providing cutting-edge business and technology solutions to help organizations transform and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities: As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the change vision and defining the change acceptance strategy. You will identify and implement appropriate change initiatives, including the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change effectively. Measuring progress toward the target state will be a key part of your role. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.



Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Change Analytics is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Journey Management and Organizational Strategy, along with advanced proficiency in Cultural Transformations, are suggested.
