Job Overview
Infosys BPM is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Customer Support process in Bangalore.
The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their concerns, providing accurate solutions and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries, concerns and requirements.
• Provide accurate information and first-level resolution.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues as per process guidelines.
• Demonstrate empathy and maintain a professional tone throughout the interaction.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication.
• Handle customer objections and difficult situations professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team.




• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow client-specific processes, SOPs, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in training and continuous upskilling programs.

Candidate Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Robust customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with international customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational / US shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to work from office.
• Any graduate can apply.
• Previous BPO / international voice / customer-service experience will be an advantage.
