We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with robust expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP S/4HANA, and Sales & Distribution configuration.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize sales, shipping, billing, and customer service operations.
Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
Configure and support Sales & Distribution processes including:
Customer Master Data
Inquiry & Quotation Management
Sales Order Processing
Pricing & Discounts
Delivery & Shipping
Billing & Invoicing
Credit Management
Returns & Refunds
Implement and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Configure sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and partner functions.
Work with business users to improve sales and distribution processes.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
Support integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM modules.
Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
