Job Summary

Motivated and results-oriented Instrumentation and Automation Engineer in DP. Responsible for installation, maintenance and calibration of a wide range of instrumentation and automation systems to ensure effective and compliant production of biopharmaceutical drug products. This role requires a solid understanding of valuable manufacturing practices (GMP) and relevant industry regulations.

"Roles & Responsibilities"
Design, specify, and install instrumentation and automation systems for Fill-Finish operations, including filling lines, lyophilizers, washers, and other process equipment.
Develop and implement control strategies for process automation systems using PLC, DCS, and SCADA platforms.
Perform calibration, preventative maintenance,



and troubleshooting of various instrumentation and automation equipment.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including calibration records, maintenance logs, and system diagrams.
Participate in project teams for capital equipment acquisition, installation, and qualification.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in instrumentation and automation technology relevant to the biopharmaceutical industry.
Adhere to all GMP regulations and ensure equipment operation complies with established policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with other engineers and production personnel to optimize process performance and troubleshoot issues.
