Answer incoming telephone calls in a skilled and friendly manner, addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly
Process reservation requests accurately using our reservation management system, ensuring all details are correctly documented
Provide customers with detailed information about services, availability, pricing, and policies




Manage multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining composure and delivering quality service to each caller
Input and update customer information and reservation data with precision and attention to detail
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy, working toward satisfactory resolutions
Coordinate with other departments to confirm reservations and ensure customer requirements are met
Maintain organized records of all transactions and interactions for quality assurance and reference purposes
Follow company protocols and procedures consistently to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and reservation accuracy
