Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Storage Lead with strong expertise in enterprise storage administration and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HPE Alletra and NAS, along with good knowledge of NetApp storage settings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise storage infrastructure.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot HPE Alletra storage systems.
Manage and support NAS environments.
Perform storage provisioning, capacity management, and performance monitoring.
Handle storage incidents, troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
Monitor storage health, availability, performance, and capacity.
Perform configuration and optimization of storage environments.
Work on storage-related incidents and provide timely resolution within SLA.
Support data migration and storage expansion activities.
Coordinate with server, network,



virtualization, backup, and application teams.
Maintain storage documentation, procedures, and infrastructure records.
Provide technical leadership and guide team members on storage-related issues.

Solid troubleshooting and performance-monitoring skills.

Candidate Profile
8–12 years of relevant experience in Storage Administration/Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with HPE Alletra and NAS.
Positive communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Experienced candidates only.
