As a Workday Technical Senior Associate you will support client service workstreams within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on Workday HCM technology, configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery activities that help clients advance their workforce technology environment. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members,
and use critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while maintaining qualified and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will contribute to implementation and support activities, interpret business needs, collaborate across teams, and develop your technical skills in a setting that values learning, accountability, and steady growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Delivering Workday technical workstreams across client engagements, translating business needs into configured solutions and supporting ongoing platform enhancements
Building and maintaining Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Reporting and Analytics
Analyzing complex requirements and system behavior to identify configuration gaps, integration issues, and opportunities for process improvement
