About the Role

Elnax Consultancy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients.
Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer rollouts.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills
Positive understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
Experience in handling contract, permanent, or C2H hiring is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Experience working with multiple clients and requirements.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
