Tech Lead / Solution Architect – SaaS ERP (Hands-on Role)

This is NOT a managerial role.

We are building a large-scale AI-powered School ERP SaaS platform.

If you have not built a scalable SaaS product from scratch, please DO NOT apply.

---### Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
Built at least 1 SaaS product (not just worked on modules)
Solid backend architecture experience (API design, DB design, scaling)
Experience with multi-tenant systems (multiple clients in one platform)
Hands-on coding ability (Node.js / Python / Java)
Experience handling real users (1000+ active users)

Only worked in service-based companies without product ownership
Only frontend/mobile developer
Only managed team but not coded
No real production deployment experience
