Coordinate with the existing maintenance and support teams
Ensure timely resolution of all issues
Communicate with residents via calls and regular follow-ups
Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
Oversee daily maintenance operations and service quality

Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in customer support / customer handling

Comfortable handling multiple issues and teams
