Role: Customer Support – International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
Candidate must be secure in employment.
Prior Tech Mahindra employees must be checked before shortlisting.
Salary Structure:
0 – 6 Months Experience: 3.1 LPA
Training: ₹20,000/month
Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹22,000/month
7 – 12 Months Experience: 3.75 LPA
Training: ₹24,000/month
Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹27,000/month
12 – 23 Months Experience: 4.10 – 4.22 LPA
Training: ₹27,000/month
Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹30,000 – ₹31,000/mont
