Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Electronics .
Strong knowledge of UPS systems (0.5kVA to 10kVA+), static switches, batteries, and power electronics.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and load testing equipment.
Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with brands like APC, Eaton, Emerson, Delta, Vertiv, or Luminous will be an advantage.
Solid customer service orientation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for local in office support and emergency calls.
