Job Description

Resposibilities
Ensure and drive compliance of IT Europe infrastructure with cybersecurity policies, norms and standards.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of security controls on infrastructure components
Provide technical expertise to support SecOps projects and operational excellence
Collaborate with operation teams to integrate security requirements into build and run processes
Present infrastructure security initiatives to key stakeholders such as Europe CTO and CISO
Lead the firewall securitization project for all Europe-managed firewalls
Manage the Tufin security policy management tool end-to-end: oversee updates/upgrades, ensure VM management, and handle license management
Perform security assessments and traffic analysis on network rules
Support L'Oréal resilience by contributing to the Disaster Recovery Plan
Contribute to security audit requirements by providing evidences,



explanations and action plans on infrastructure security.
Advise and support IT Europe towards infrastructure security continuous improvement
Promote automation of security controls and monitoring where possible to increase efficiency.
