Role Overview

One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Manager, Software Development & Engineering - Manual Testing QA to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise workplace and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute test strategies for enterprise software products.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
Perform functional, integration, regression and API testing.
Integrate quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze defects, root causes and quality metrics.
Collaborate with developers, product teams and stakeholders to improve release quality.
Strong software testing or quality-engineering experience.




Automation and programming/scripting capability.
Experience with APIs, CI/CD and Agile delivery.
Managerial roles require team leadership and test-strategy ownership.
