Oversee daily coffee bar operations, ensures beverage quality and consistency, and trains team members.

Key Responsibilities
Coffee Quality & Craftsmanship: Dial in espresso grinders, pull precise shots, texture milk, and maintain strict recipe standards.
Staff Training & Leadership: Mentor junior baristas, run workshops on extraction and latte art, and schedule shifts.
Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines and grinders.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor coffee bean, milk, and syrup levels, place supply orders, and manage waste.
Customer Experience: Greet patrons, share deep knowledge of coffee origins, and resolve service issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Expert Coffee Knowledge: Solid understanding of coffee beans, flavor profiles, and manual brewing techniques.
Leadership & Communication: Ability to motivate staff and manage rapid-paced rushes calmly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to local food hygiene and sanitation rules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
