DIGITECH India is a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering creative and result-driven marketing solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to support project coordination, client communication, and day-to-day digital marketing operations.The primary objective of this role is to ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams, timely project execution, effective task follow-ups, and effective workflow management.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project timelines, task progress, and deliverables, and follow up with respective team members.
Assist in managing client communication, meetings, and regular project updates.
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, presentations, and project-related documentation.
Support day-to-day digital marketing operations and coordinate with different teams.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure tasks are completed within defined deadlines.
Maintain accurate project records and organize client and campaign-related information.




Identify coordination gaps and assist in improving team workflows and overall efficiency.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in digital marketing coordination, project coordination, client coordination, or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and clients.
Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to task management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to support extended business-hour requirements when necessary.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
