Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Assistance & Support
Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, or industrial equipment.
Prepare tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials required for daily field service or workshop tasks.
Perform basic testing, calibration, and troubleshooting under the direct supervision of experienced team members.

Documentation & Operations
Log service reports, maintenance data, and parts usage accurately into the company’s digital system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work workplace, ensuring all safety tools are accounted for.
Follow technical manuals, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks.

Learning & Professional Development




Participate in structured training programs and shadow senior staff to master technical skills and industry best practices.
Develop a solid understanding of safety protocols, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
