Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
Source and develop vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Procure HVAC/MEP materials as per project requirements.
Coordinate with Project, Store, Accounts, and Design teams.
Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, POs, and purchase reports.
Ensure timely material delivery and cost control.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement issues.
Lead and manage the purchase team.
Required Skills: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Cost Control, MS Excel/ERP, HVAC/MEP Material Knowledge.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
