Job Summary

We are looking for a Multilingual Executive to support client communication by handling customer interactions in Hindi, English, and Tamil. The role is focused primarily on language-based client communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through calls, chat, and email in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Understand client queries and provide clear and professional responses.
Translate or explain client requirements between the required languages when needed.
Maintain qualified and friendly communication with clients.
Escalate complex client queries to the appropriate team.
Ensure accurate communication and avoid language-related misunderstandings.




Maintain basic records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients from different backgrounds.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat platforms.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
Customer service or client communication experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
