About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Market Research Executive who can identify potential clients, generate business leads, conduct market research, and convert opportunities into EdTech projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential EdTech clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and other relevant channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable project opportunities.
Connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and manage initial discussions.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Handle client communication from initial contact through conversion.
Convert qualified leads into EdTech projects/business opportunities.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with internal content, SME, instructional design,



and project teams to understand and present relevant capabilities.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, client discussions, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, Market Research, or Client Acquisition.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable research and lead-generation abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online research.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
Experience or understanding of the EdTech / Education / Content Development industry will be an advantage.
Work oriented and comfortable working in a Work From Office workplace.
