Industry Preference: Garment Showroom / Garment Retail Experience Only

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
Drive sales, achieve targets, and improve overall store performance.
Manage inventory, stock verification, inward/outward, and stock records.
Ensure attractive product displays and proper visual merchandising.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales, and operational reports.
Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

Candidate Profile





3–5 years of relevant experience in Garment Showroom / Garment Retail

Solid leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer handling and communication abilities

Sales-driven and target-oriented approach

Valuable understanding of garment retail operations and inventory management

Ability to independently manage showroom operations
