Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Handle incoming inquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Convert inquiries and leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Consistently achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversion rates.
Address student and parent queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions.
Build positive relationships with students and parents and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with interested candidates throughout the admission process.




Stay updated about available courses, programs, fees, and admission processes.
