JOB DESCRIPTION – DRAFTSMAN

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and construction plans for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid drafting skills, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to produce precise drawings in line with project requirements. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to support productive and high-quality project delivery.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Architecture or related field
1–2 years of experience as a Draftsman
Experience in Construction, Architectural, or Engineering projects preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software
Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections,



and layout drawings
Revise and update drawings based on evolving project requirements
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and project teams
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all technical drawings
Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation
Support site teams with drawing-related clarifications and updates
