Field Recruiter – Bangalore | Salad Days
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field recruitment drives across Bangalore locations.
Source candidates through walk-ins, local markets, referrals, and job portals.
Hire for kitchen, delivery, packing, and operational roles.
Coordinate interviews, document collection, and joining formalities.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining MIS.
Coordinate with Operations/HR for manpower requirements.
Ensure timely fulfilment of open positions and reduce hiring TAT.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.
Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
Field recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
