Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to handle customer communication, support lead generation activities, and provide information about the company’s products and services over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain communication records
Maintain updated customer and call details in the system
Respond to customer questions and provide basic support
Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets




Ensure polite and professional communication with customers at all times

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
Good problem-solving and coordination skills
