Senior Architect

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Greater Kailash Enclave 1, South Delhi
Work Mode: Work From Office

Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution.
Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress and quality.
Review drawings and ensure accuracy, design intent, and timely delivery.
Handle design development, material selection, and project coordination.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
Guide and supervise junior architects and designers.
Resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
Ensure projects are completed according to design, quality, and client requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design & Construction.




Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D visualization or other design software is preferred.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
Valuable communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
Creative thinking with solid design and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently handle multiple projects.

Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

Preferred: Candidates with strong site execution, client coordination, and team-management experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
